This is one of the common problem when people are trapped in their own security - happens really. So you have forgotten your passkey or unlock pattern- what should you do. The steps will be like below -
- If you have another gmail account then no problem. If not create another account using computer or other mobile.
- Call your mobile phone from other mobile phone.
- Receive the call.
- After receiving the call press the back or home button. So it will lead you to home screen and now you can access the mobile phone.
- go to the setting and then location and security;disable the lock pattern there.
- go to accounts & sync and enter the newly created mail id after clicking the change option. Remember you have to connect to wi-fi or 3G network here.
- Switch off the phone and switch on it again.
- This will solve your problem.
