How to get screen shot of your PC

For troubleshooting or another reasons we sometimes have to print the screen of the computer. The screen shots we can send to troubleshooting agency. To print the screen shot you have to do the followings -

• Open the things you want to show in the screen shot.
• After you are satisfied with screen content press 'print screen' button on the right top corner of keyboard.
• Open the paint application in the windows in the program>Application menu.
• After opening paint press ctrl+v or right click and click paste.
• You will see your screen shot.
• Save it in the location you want.
• In laptops the function key creates some problems while  taking screen shot. So if you can not get the screen shot doing the normal process explained above press function key (fn) plus the print screen key.

 This is the simplest way  to get the screen shot in windows. If you have Linux or Ubuntu you will get the file by just pressing print screen button.
